The Hub of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics provides support in these domains to the Units and Platforms of the Institut Pasteur. We are recruiting bioinformaticians and/or biostatisticians to continue the support activities and take over the increasing requests for the analysis of biological data.

The successful candidates might be partly detached to research units and/or core facilities. Teaching missions (academic and/or professional training, possibly in international settings) might also be part of their activities.

Position profile:

• Research engineer position in single-cell multi-omics integration (permanent position)
• Research Engineer position in Genomics and bioinformatics (12 months contract)
